Head of Marketing and Sales

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Sales to drive our go-to-market strategy and build our revenue engine. This role will be instrumental in establishing Catapulta.sh as the leading Web3 development platform in the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive developer adoption, with focus on content marketing.
  • Create compelling narratives around our product benefits and technical capabilities
  • Build and manage inbound marketing channels (content, social, community)
  • Establish partnerships with key players in the Web3 development ecosystem
  • Design and implement sales processes for enterprise customers
  • Lead marketing analytics, KPIs and reporting to optimize growth strategies
  • Communicate directly with the founder to align features with market needs

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of marketing or sales experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving B2D (Business-to-Developer) growth
  • Capable of leading a sales and/or marketing team
  • Experience in crafting developer-focused campaigns
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English

Preferred Candidate

  • Strong builder mentality and ownership mindset
  • Natural storyteller who can translate technical features into business value
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment
  • Past experience as sales or marketing in Cloud, server infrastructure in REPL, Vercel, Digital Ocean, AWS, Google Cloud.
  • Past experience as sales or marketing in Web3, RPC or blockchain infrastructure companies (e.g., Alchemy, Tenderly, QuickNode)
  • Located in UTC+1 timezone (+2/-2 hour diff is ok)

We prefer to work with independent contractors or autónomos for this position for candidates outside of Málaga, Spain. For exceptional candidates based in Spain, we're open to discussing full-time employment options.

Location

Office is located in sunny Málaga, Spain, relocation is not needed.
